The AC took forever to cool the room, the bathroom had several issues including a slippery shower and a clogged shower head. The sink was tricky to use with its faulty cold handle. Encountered noise from loud guests during the night and some unsavory activity in the park nearby.

The bathroom needs serious work!!! The shower leaks dangerously, the sink is shabby, and the caulking looks like a DIY disaster!!! Parking can be a hassle if you're out late. Could use better maintenance overall!!!
